1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
2. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and save details for next time.
3. Can I order by phone or email?
All orders must be placed through our website for security reasons.
4. How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details right after checkout.
5. I didn’t get an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at antwniadoumaria43@gmail.com
6. Can I add items after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order once it’s placed. You’ll need to create a new order.
7. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at antwniadoumaria43@gmail.com with your new address.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within a short time after being placed. Contact us quickly to see if it’s possible.
9. How can I check my order status?
Log in to your account or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
10. What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you right away and either refund you or help you choose an alternative.
11. Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes, selected items may be available for pre-order. The estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.
12. Can I place orders from outside Greece?
Yes, we accept international orders and ship worldwide.
13. Will I be charged in my local currency?
Our prices are listed in EUR (€). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.
14. Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to your email after purchase.
15. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
